How to submit?
All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical, and will be peer-reviewed. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the journal and are subject to both review and editing.
All submissions will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. Submissions will be chosen based on technical merit, interest, applicability, and how well they fit a coherent and balanced technical program.
Publication Ethics - Penalty against Plagiarism We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.
In order to avoid any inconvenience caused to you and the conference, please note only choose one method to submit your articles. Do not submit twice.

Paper Page Limit
Publication in proceedings: At least 8 pages up to 10 pages, including all figures, tables, and references, Extra page (from page 11) will be charged at 70 USD per page.
The conference will only publish full papers, if you want your paper to be published, you need send us the full paper.
If you have no publication purpose, please submit abstract, which is for presentation only, no publication.
If you only want to attend the conference without any submission, please just register as Delegates.
